Random Roles

An incomplete list of projects I’ve worked on.

Beavis & Butt-head Do The Universe (Titmouse)

First job after Starburns Audio couldn’t afford me (2021). I had previously done audio drama editing and sound design, but never was officially a “Dialogue Editor.” One of the directors said, “Oh I thought you were.” So, well, I agreed and learned on the fly. I’ve been working on the new “Beavis & Butt-head” TV series ever since.

The Whitest Kids You Know - Mars

After a couple of small projects with the producer during my time at Starburns. I was asked to remotely record voiceover for the WKUK’s new animated movie. There was a lot of shouting. There was a serious amount of shouting. Think about how much shouting you’ve heard in one day and then go beyond that level. It was an absolute blast. (Movie is coming out in 2024?)

“Animals” (Starburns Industries)

My first show at Starburns Industries (June 2015), first as a PA and then, halfway through Season 2 (Nov. 2016), as a recording engineer. As a PA, I transcribed scripts and created foamcore character cutouts to place around the office to add some style to the workplace. As a recording engineer I helped coordinate simultaneous recordings between LA and NYC and, of course, recorded Mike and Phil and their guest stars in the Starburns (SBI) booth. Then I cleaned, organized, and delivered the files.

HarmonQuest (Starburns Industries)

After S1 of Animals (Jan 2016) I moved from general SBI PA to full time HarmonQuest PA. Once again, I created foamcore cutouts for the office. I was also tasked with creating a crew sheet, which I then spent wayyy too much time on. I then coordinated all the animation deliveries, going through each frame to check for issues and making sure the animation company we worked with corrected their mistakes. I also created a poster using special character poses. For S2 (June 2016) I worked the live recordings to coordinate guest actor pickup and dropoff and worked backstage to make sure all actors had what they needed to relax and get to stage on time.
